Job Responsibilities
Call leads/customers to explain services and create interest
Follow up to confirm bookings/consultations
Handle common questions and objections professionally
When needed, connect customers with customer support or an on-duty doctor
Maintain daily call logs and update outcomes (call status, follow-up notes, results)
Requirements
Minimum HSC pass
Telemarketing experience preferred
Confident, polite, and clear communication over phone
Basic knowledge of smartphone/computer and must have own smartphone
Stable internet and punctual work habits
Comfortable working with targets (incentives available)
