Answer phone calls from interested customers and provide details clearly.
Collect and record customer data properly.
Follow up with potential leads and pass them to the Sales Team.
Meet daily and monthly call or lead targets.
Maintain a polite and positive attitude during all calls.
Report customer feedback and suggestions to the supervisor.
