Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding to incoming & outgoing calls.
∎ Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest and close sales.
∎ Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements based on customer interactions and market trends.
∎ Stay informed about competitor products, industry trends, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Edtech will get high priority***
∎ Must have Computer knowledge and MS Office
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Excellent sales skills and expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
∎ Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
∎ It's a full-time job, so we are not expecting applications from running students.
