Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and creative Country Head for Bangladesh to join our growing team and take our company and platform to the next level!
∎ Promote UniSearch as World's top University Search Platform to prospective study abroad students.
∎ Identify market source in Bangladesh for International students and take necessary steps to set up branch offices.
∎ Research, plan and execute UniSearch's Bangladesh's operation.
∎ Set up target for individual branch and get weekly, quarterly report & analyse for future growth.
∎ Present business development training and mentoring to other internal staffs.
∎ Negotiate UniSearch's benefit with Universities/Partners.
∎ Build strong relationships with the partner university staffs.
∎ Provide training to key agents, branch managers and counsellors through visits and training sessions about universities, visa, marketing activities etc.
∎ Maintain relations with official and relevant government authorities and departments through subscriptions and registrations with their provided programs and platforms.
∎ Connect and coordinate with the relevant governing and regulatory bodies such as AusTrade, ACPET, IEAA, ISANA, ICEF, British Council, CICIC etc.
∎ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in industry events.
∎ Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions and Seminars through the ideas and resources.
∎ Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Complete understanding of International Student Recruitment industry.
∎ Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role is must.
∎ Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing or relevant business studies (Minimum Bachelors).
∎ Excellent industry relation and connectivity.
∎ Flexible approach to working, excellent time management skills.
∎ Ambitious and results orientated.

Salary: Tk. 200000 - 250000 (Monthly)
