Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to promote our educational services
∎ Build rapport with leads and follow up until successful conversion
∎ Achieve monthly sales and file submission targets
∎ Communicate with students/clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
∎ Counsel students on studying abroad and guide them through the admission process
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage referrals
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports to management
