Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1) Application & Admission Management: Oversee and manage the complete application and admission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in file processing.2)Communication: Maintain effective communication with foreign universities and delegates to facilitate admissions and address inquiries.3)File Management: Organize and manage client files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.Document 4)Management: Systematically organize, store, and manage documents related to client interactions and project workflows to maintain efficiency and transparency.|5)Coordination: Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure the accuracy of information and successful task completion.6) Confidentiality: Implement and uphold security measures to protect sensitive and confidential information pertaining to clients and internal processes.
