Additional Requirements:

Job Summary:

ETTABD is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager (Tele Sales Executive) to lead and manage our tele-sales efforts. This role is crucial in driving our growth by managing customer inquiries, overseeing a team of sales agents, handling sales calls, and engaging with prospects across various platforms. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, be comfortable communicating over the phone, and possess strong leadership qualities. Only male candidates with substantial experience in tele-sales, sales, or call center operations will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Tele-Sales Operations: Oversee and manage daily tele-sales activities, including making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our courses, and closing sales.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of tele-sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Handle Inquiries: Manage and respond to customer queries from different social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Drive Engagement and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Social Media and Digital Outreach: Assist in managing customer interactions on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize sales data to develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to Startup Culture: Embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with working in an early-stage startup, with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
