∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Kids' Spoken English Teacher who is passionate about teaching and capable of delivering engaging and interactive online classes for young learners. As a part-time instructor working from home, your role will focus on enhancing students' pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary in English through structured lessons and interactive teaching methods.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Online Spoken English Classes: Deliver engaging, interactive, and structured online spoken English classes for children, focusing on pronunciation, phonetics (including Jolly Phonics), fluency, and vocabulary development.
∎ Engage Young Learners: Create a fun, supportive, and dynamic online learning environment that encourages active participation and builds confidence in speaking English.
∎ Monitor Progress and Provide Feedback: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their spoken English skills.
∎ Follow Pre-Developed Curriculum: Teach using a pre-developed curriculum provided by ETTABD, ensuring consistency and quality across all lessons.
∎ Participate in Training Sessions: Attend occasional training sessions to stay updated on the best practices and innovative teaching methods.
∎ Qualifications: Extensive Experience in Teaching Kids: Significant experience in teaching English to young learners, with a proven track record of success in engaging children.
∎ Expertise in Phonetics: Strong understanding of phonetics, particularly Jolly Phonics, and ability to teach pronunciation effectively.
∎ High Level of Patience and Passion for Teaching: A genuine love for teaching, with a high level of patience and a joyful attitude toward working with children.
∎ Excellent Pronunciation Skills: Clear, articulate, and excellent pronunciation in English.
∎ Technical Requirements: Reliable laptop or PC with a high-quality webcam and audio setup, and a stable internet connection.
∎ Availability: Flexibility to conduct classes during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
