∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Executive who is enthusiastic about sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and supporting our team in engaging with prospects across various social media platforms. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales, a friendly and persuasive phone demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is exclusively for male candidates.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce our courses, understand their needs, and close sales.
∎ Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer queries from various social media platforms, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
∎ Build Customer Relationships: Develop rapport with customers through personalized communication and offer solutions that cater to their specific needs.
∎ Support Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing and responding to customer interactions on social media, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
∎ Adapt to a Dynamic Environment: Embrace the dynamic nature of a startup, taking initiative and learning quickly to support team goals.
∎ Qualifications: Sales Experience Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is required, or at least a strong interest in pursuing a sales role.
∎ Clear Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla, with a pleasant phone voice.
∎ Customer-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Comfortable with Technology: Familiarity with using CRM tools and social media platforms to manage customer interactions.
∎ Adaptable and Resilient: Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a readiness to learn and adapt.
