Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and present our services persuasively
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and update records regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while handling client queries
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
