To present the services of the organization appropriately to the clients.
Receiving & answering the phone calls of customers.
Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
Confidence to take challenge and fulfill daily and monthly KPI.
Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting.
Expert in data entry Work on a variety of call assignments as required by the Support Center Manager.
Answering client and technician inquiries.
Good Documentation.
Good Computer Operation Reporting Tele Marketing Online Marketing Online Communication.
