Job Context:
∎ Cut Out Image, Inc. is a leading Image Post-production Service provider for E-commerce businesses, online retailers, advertising agencies, and digital marketing agencies. We consider Graphic Design as visual storytelling to engage, brief and encourage.
∎ We are looking for an energetic and reliable Telemarketing Executive to join our team responsible for calling potential clients to generate leads promoting our services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make cold calls to potential clients, informing them about services.
∎ Deliver scripted sales words to describe services.
∎ Improvise the scripted sales words if needed.
∎ Keep hooking the clients to deliver sales pitches properly.
∎ Persuade potential customers to take the service.
∎ Communicate with the leads via email and social media.
∎ Give the correct answer to the questions asked by potential lead regarding service.
∎ Execute Digital Marketing tasks like cold email, social media management, and what's app marketing.
∎ Coming up with various digital marketing ideas.
∎ Schedule and create strategies to improve your international calls.
∎ Record, update client data and follow up regularly.
∎ Sourcing various B2B and B2C leads in North America, Europe, and Australia.
∎ Report to the supervisors with findings (end of the day reports, weekly reports, bi-weekly reports, and monthly reports).
∎ Receive training whenever necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year of proven working experience as a tele sales executive in international telemarketing.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
∎ Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
∎ Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
∎ Candidates with previous experience in BPO and DTP will get an advantage.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Attractive Sales commission and bonus will be provided after every successful acquisition.
∎ Working time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekend on Sunday)
