Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services.
Handle inbound queries and convert leads into appointments.
Maintain a client database and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure appointments and services are delivered smoothly.
Promote a positive brand image over calls and digital platforms.
Handle basic PR tasks like follow-up messages, client greetings, and service reminders.
Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns if needed.
Report daily calling status and feedback to the reporting manager.
