∎ End-to-end responsibility in the process of production plan executive.
∎ Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Development sample process for relevant customer as customer requirement.
∎ Feedback follow-up on each season customer sign-offs with a narrow-down style.
∎ To assist production team for daily target achievement.
