∎ Familiarity with biometric systems, MIS, or ERP documentation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation including but not limited to:
∎ Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
∎ System Architecture and Design Documents
∎ API Documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI preferred)
∎ Installation Guides, User Manuals, and Training Materials
∎ Technical Proposals and Inception Reports
∎ Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and solution architects to understand products and technologies in depth.
∎ Create clear diagrams, charts, and data flows using tools like Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
∎ Ensure documentation complies with KIT’s internal documentation standards and industry best practices.
∎ Maintain version control of all documents using Git or SharePoint.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams during the software development life cycle (SDLC) and contribute to sprint reviews and retrospectives.
∎ Job Context: The ideal candidate will work closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to produce high-quality documentation across multiple products and services. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives on translating technical ideas into accessible content, and has experience in structured document authoring for ICT or enterprise-level systems.
