∎ Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Your role will involve replying to customer inquiries via email, offering guidance on product usage, and creating technical support documentation for our website. We seek a candidate with excellent English writing skills, a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Job Responsibilities
