Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify, approach, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients including real estate developers, EPC contractors, infrastructure projects, industrial plants, and government/semi-government organizations.

• Provide technical support and product solutions to clients by understanding project specifications and construction requirements.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to ensure proper product selection and application.

• Develop and execute corporate and industrial sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure timely supply, compliance with specifications, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, technical submittals, tenders, and price quotations in coordination with management.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business growth and market expansion.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding order execution, delivery schedules, payments, and after-sales support.

• Ensure collection of payments as per agreed credit terms and minimize overdue receivables.

• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, client databases, and periodic sales reports for management review.

• Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and corporate promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
