∎ Applicants from industrial trim suppliers such as Zip, Velcro, Technical Fabric etc. and/or worked with a channel stockiest, OEM, who supplies PPE for the local market are preferred.
∎ Customer service mindset with positive attitudes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and relationship building.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with diverse customers.
∎ Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities, capable of understanding technical concepts and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
∎ Fluency in English and local language.

∎ Drive the growth of the sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with new customers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into local clients.
∎ Identify emerging reflective requirements within industrial applications, and effectively promote new series of Reflective Material to the market to meet customer demands and increase sales volumes.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to customers for Reflective Materials, establishing our brand as a trusted industry supplier.
∎ Maintain and update the sales pipeline and sales report monthly providing valuable insights to management for strategic decision making.
∎ Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
