Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review & understand buyer comments on pattern & ensure necessary correction as required.
∎ To communicate with buyer, merchandiser & factory production staffs.
∎ Make of file of updated PDM/Tech pack with comments.
∎ Monitoring sample/production planning and reviewing.
∎ Insure and monitoring all kind of technical & Quality issue.
∎ Products Analyses, Products Risk Assessment, Products Safety Assessment.
∎ Sample pass/fail root cause analysis and CAP.
∎ Train the people for constant updates and improvements.
∎ Working on manpower optimization and cost control.
∎ Make all kinds of fitting comments after review the sample.
∎ Monitor the floor work for maximum utilization of man & machine.
∎ Make & prepare all documents with department head for monthly KPI meeting.
