∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Skills Required: EJB, IVR, JSP, MySQL, SIP, ss7
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and Develop Wordpress portal by developing Themes and plugins.
∎ Web/WAP apps development in PHP/Laravel/codeigniter frame work
∎ Develop and maintain asterisk (or similar platform) IVR solution
∎ Linux Server Administration, Installation &Configuration, Technical Support, Database Management, Team Management.
∎ charging and mobile site integration with mobile operators in Bangladesh
∎ Sufficient knowledge in Telecom VAS such as SS7 (Signalling System#7), SIP, Device Manager, IN, NBG, LINUX/ UNIX, Networking (LAN/ WAN/ VLAN), MySQL, SQL server and ORACLE.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of SMSC, USSD, IVR, MCA and CRBT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A dynamic professional with quality experience in Telecom- VAS Operations, Maintenance and Configuration
∎ Adept in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end user s requirements and troubleshooting for complex information systems management
∎ Expertise in extending high- end technical support on various servers and ensuring high user satisfaction levels through prompt redress al of their problems
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge
∎ Also should have experienced in VAS services SMS/ WAP/ IVR
∎ Has technical knowledge for VAS aggregator field
∎ Should have understanding of elements of telecom networks with the knowledge and understanding of Mobile Value Added Services.
∎ Works as the technical interface between vendor and Customer.
∎ A go- getter who is very creative and hardworking with flexible and positive attitude,
∎ High level of communication, interpersonal, supervisory and organization skills.
Salary: Negotiable
