• Technical Acumen: Comfortable writing technical proposals and discussing software architectures
• Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written-communication skills
• Tools Proficiency: Hands-on with CRM systems, AI sales tools, and proposal software

• End - to End Sales Ownership
• Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, networking and digital outreach
• Manage full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal writing, negotiation and closing.
• Technical Proposal & Presentation
• Develop clear, compelling technical proposals and quotation documents
• Conduct in - depth product demonstrations and proof - of - concepts for decision makers
• Customized Solution Selling
• Liaise with development teams to scope and price bespoke software solutions
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications and delivery roadmaps
• Pipeline & Target Management
• Maintain CRM with accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and activity logs
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
