Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee production processes in garments and textile operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment (dyeing, washing, spinning, etc.).
Ensure product quality standards and compliance with buyer requirements.
Identify and solve technical issues in production lines.
Implement process improvements for better productivity and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.
Support new product development and sample execution.
Train workers and staff on technical procedures and best practices.
