Job Context:
∎ SUROVI, From Child Bride to Bookworm in Bangladesh-Christmas Calendar Project, Funded by Plan International Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka (Dhaka South City Corporation)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall field operation activities according to project operational plan
∎ Create an enabling and learning environment within project frame
∎ Frequent visits of field activities and provide necessary instruction & feedback to project staffs
∎ Participate in different meeting, seminar, workshop, sharing session, orientation and training sessions and provide strategic supports and reports
∎ Progress review and take necessary initiatives to compliance with the output and objectives
∎ Training Facilitation, Model class demonstration and assessment
∎ Technical Support to the Project
∎ Day to day monitoring and supervision for Training follow up in field level
∎ Material development and ensure proper utilization of education materials
∎ Prepare and submit periodic and need based compliance reports
∎ Ensure communication and Liaison with donor agency, GO-NGO, Primary & Secondary School and other stakeholders of the project
∎ Research and Documentation
∎ Capacity building of community & stakeholder
∎ Arrange collection of information for monitoring ongoing progress and periodic impact assessment
∎ Training need assessment, Support to PC & POs for Training arrangement in timely
∎ Participation and arrange workshop, meeting, training and seminar with report
∎ Ensure best use of project resources to achieve optimum outputs
∎ Frequently coordination field office and other tasks assigned by the line Management
∎ Represent the Project as well as organization in different forum
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have minimum 3-5 years working experience in relevant position on implementing of Non-Formal Education program for disadvantaged children, child protection, gender sensitivity, program planning, monitoring and supervision, staff management and capacity building.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Should be sincere, honest, transparent, friendly & responsive
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
