Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in Social Science, Education, or any other relevant discipline.
Job Context:
∎ SUROVI , a Non-Govt. Voluntary development organization who never tolerance any kind of child and youth abuse and never accept early child marriage. Surovi has been working since 1996 with Plan International Bangladesh. At present Surovi is inviting application from suitable candidates for its Sponsorship Program Dhaka (SPD) for the following position.
∎ Job Location: Dholpur, Jatrabari, Mironjulla, Shampur, Dhaka match and Khilgaon in Dhaka City.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize meeting, training, workshop and orientation etc, of the project.
∎ Assist. in conducting meeting , training, workshop and orientation etc,
∎ If necessary conduct meeting , training, workshop and orientation etc.
∎ of the project with necessary consultation with TC and PM.
∎ Work closely with community people, children, youth people and ward councilors at the working areas.
∎ Support to the youth group and community people of project for restraint all types of child violence, discriminations, abuse and child marriage.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan and report.
∎ Prepare plan and conduct capacity building training for project staff.
∎ Make lateral working connection with TC for organizing planned activities.
∎ Ensure protection and safeguarding for the children and youth specially girls in the project schools and communities. Report incidence of violation of child rights and sexual harassment.
∎ These responsibilities and duties may change from time to time in order to meet changing organizational management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Candidate should have 1-2 years working experience in relevant position. especially s/he should have working experience in formal primary and early childhood development and preference will be given who had experience working with urban slum and children.
Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
