Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree in Social Science, Education, or any other relevant discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall Monitoring and field operation activities according to project operational plan.
∎ Progress review and take necessary initiatives to compliance with the output and objectives.
∎ Generate and share monitoring report for team, management and donor ( weekly, monthly and quarterly.
∎ Develop monitoring tools guideline for the project as well as different activities(need based)
∎ Provide day by day monitoring and supervision, training follow up and monitoring support in field level.
∎ Regular coordination with project team and other stakeholders.
∎ Strengthening social monitoring mechanism through frequent visits of activities and provide necessary instruction and feedback to project staff.
∎ Arrange data collection for monitoring ongoing progress and periodic impact assessment.
∎ Provide technical support to the project in field level planning implementation and monitoring.
∎ Support in preparing training and monitoring budget (even based, monthly, quarterly annually.
∎ Frequently field visit for capturing quantitative and qualitative progress changes and immediately after visit.
∎ Perform other tasks as per project requirement assigned by the line Management.
∎ Project in depth monitoring for sharing the findings with field and Manager.
∎ To coordinate all activities of sponsorship funded project in Dhaka urban.
∎ Represent the project as well as organization in the community, schools, and different forum.
∎ Adequate practical knowledge on Excl, MS word, Power point &SPSS or other data presentation and analytical apps.
∎ Ensure protection and safeguarding for the children and youth specially girls in the project schools and communities. Report any violation of child rights and sexual harassment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Candidates should have 3-5 years working experience in relevant position. He will independently organize regular, periodically and required monitoring and evaluation of the project which covered children, protection, gender sensitivity, program planning, monitoring and supervision staff management capacity building.
Salary: Tk. 37000 (Monthly)
