Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be graduates/ Masters in any discipline from a recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall effective implementation of the project in all the DICs and ensure compliance of PRs and GFATM polices and guidelines.
∎ Ensure high quality service delivery to achieve the project objective.
∎ S/he will directly supervise the Program Officer and Program Coordinators
∎ S/he also responsible for overall advocacy planning and implementation, staff development and training issues.
∎ S/he will ensure that staff and the target population are getting training as per approved project plan and budget.
∎ Conduct basic and refreshers training to all staff.
∎ Ensure development of different training manuals, guidelines are prepared.
∎ S/he will be responsible for designing and development of IEC/BCC and advocacy materials.
∎ Contact with the agencies/institutions for income general training of FSWs, etc. conduct and ensure regional and national level advocacy and consultative meetings are duly held.
∎ Generate reports.
∎ Ensure all programmatic reports in coordination with other colleagues and report to Team Leader.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Total 03 years of professional experience of which 2 years must be in same position in a project with similar magnitude and complexity

Salary: Tk. 50160 - 55300 (Monthly)
