Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified Technical Coordinator Human Rights (TO-HR) for `Combating impacts of climate change in severely affected areas of Bangladesh, Project.
∎ Supported by: NETZ Bangladesh.
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: Bhurangamari, Kurigram

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experiences in the area of human rights specially the rights of marginalized community, Responsible for coordination of all Human Rights activities in a district; coordination of all local and regional HRD groups; regular visits of CSO and high schools; coordination of dialogue meetings between civil society and authorities; coordination of direct assistance in human rights violations; communication with authorities and service providers; management and monitoring of FF:HR.
∎ Proven experiences on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, report writing and monitoring & evaluation. Clear conception/ understanding on universal human rights, livelihood and mainstreaming gender and right based project dynamics. . The applicant should have computer skill on MS word, excel, power point and others. Experience on network/linkage/collaboration with union/upazila/district level administration and national level network and like-minded organizations. Should have valid Motor bike driving license. Willing to stay at upazila level with frequent visit to the remote areas.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. 34,500/- (Maximum)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus and 1 gratuity equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
