Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified Technical Coordinator- Early Childhood Development for `Integrated Sponsorship Project (ISP)`.
∎ Supported by: Plan International Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: Nageswari Upazila, Kurigram

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Must have to be sincere in protecting children, youth and women's rights. Experience in local, National and INGOs. Proven experiences on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff/ Volunteer management, report writing. Clear conception/ understanding on child right, SBK and mainstreaming gender and right based project dynamics. The applicant should have computer skill on MS word, excel, power point and others. Experience on network/linkage/collaboration with union/upazila/district level administration and national level network and like-minded organizations Candidate should have mention the CV personal email address, mobile phone & Skype no. Should have valid Motor bike driving license. Willing to stay at upazila level with frequent visit to the remote areas.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT- 40,341/-

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
