Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate/ Master's degree in Public Health / Public Policy / Economics / Business / Development Studies / Social Sciences or similar discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: The Technical Advisor (Policy Analytics) will be recruited under Open Development, partner of the HS4TB project in Bangladesh.
∎ The Technical Advisor - Policy Advocacy will support for costing of the roadmap/action plan, developing advocacy and training materials and conducting analytics to inform pilot. He/she will support the project team to implement the activities related to legal and regulatory reform, capacity development, advocacy, and the roadmap development for introducing outsourcing/ social contracting / strategic purchasing of TB services. S/he will assist in drafting the Roadmap/ Action Plan / other relevant documents, conduct analysis to inform pilot, capacity development and policy change; support the team with necessary information, analysis, and documents. They will work closely with the Country Project Director, Senior Technical Advisors and Consultants to draft/review the documents as and when required.
