Program Development:

• Design and implement vocational training programs tailored to the needs of the community.
• Assess current market demands and identify skills gaps.

Training Delivery:

• Supervise trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery of vocational programs.
• Develop training materials and curricula in collaboration with industry experts.

Partnership Management:

• Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program visibility and sustainability.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to inform stakeholders of program outcomes.

Capacity Building:

• Provide training and support to staff and trainers to enhance their skills in vocational education.
• Promote best practices in vocational skills development within the organization.

Budget Management:

• Assist in the development and management of program budgets.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

Integrity:

• Showcases integrity standards as outlined in Cordaid’s integrity policies. Fulfills integrity responsibilities as outlined in Cordaid’s Integrity Framework and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Actively contributes to a safe environment within their scope of influence by encouraging dialogue, trust, and understanding and adherence to Cordaid’s integrity standards and procedures.

Other duties/additional tasks:

• Supports the project’s security and risk management system through identification, communication and analysis of potential risks and security issues in the project region and related mitigation recommendations and procedures.
