∎ Age 31 to 50 years
∎ Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing team leader.
∎ Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
∎ Proven ability to position products against competitors.
∎ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

∎ The Sales Team Leader is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team and guides his team members to achieve the united commitment on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Must have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
∎ Lead in hiring, training, consulting to build a performing team and he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving individual who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.
