∎ Job Description:
∎ We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our business in Dhaka City. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in FMCG sales, particularly food industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong distribution networks.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ - Develop and execute field sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
∎ - Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
∎ - Build and maintain strong relationships with key market stakeholders.
∎ - Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
∎ - Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
∎ - Ensure proper branding, promotion, and visibility of our products in the market.
∎ - Prepare and submit sales reports and performance analyses.
∎ Requirements:
∎ - Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG field sales & marketing (preferably in rice, flour, or food grains, etc).
∎ - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
∎ - Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
∎ - Experience in distributor and retailer management.
∎ - Willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
∎ - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
