Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Promote and sell residential apartments to prospective clients.Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach.
∎ Provide efficient and courteous customer experience in sales to clients on all aspects of our real estate services.
∎ Monitor field incoming calls, respond promptly to critical client queries, and maintain client relationships for sales lead and assist with site visits.
∎ Manage property listings, enquiries, and data analysis. Collaborate with real estate brokers to expedite and enhance property sales activity.
∎ Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
∎ Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and team members.
∎ Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of information and services to clients.
∎ Should be able to lead sales team.
