Job Context:
∎ OSHE is a specialized labour foundation based in Dhaka promotes Labour Standards and Decent Work in the country through occupational health and safety centric actions. We are looking a qualified Team Leader for a special research project entitled "monitoring workplace accident, injury and disease at hazardous industrial sectors in Bangladesh" on full time basis.
∎ Duration: 2 Years.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 to 5 years proven work experience in any reputed national or international NGO/ academic / research based institution on similar position.
∎ Successful work experience of managing any donor supported development project for workers and employers at any industrial sector as Team leader / Project Coordinator.
∎ Proven research work experience along with published research reports/ articles.
∎ Ability to lead the project independently as a qualified team leader, sound analytical skill, pro-active and quick decision making capacity, overseeing the day to day project operations and ensuring timely delivery of all out-puts of the project.
∎ Sound writing, reporting and documentation skill in Bangla and English language
∎ Sound IT skill.
