Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from a reputed institution (MBA/BBA in Marketing will be preferred);

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In collaboration with Manager - Patient EMR, plan outbound relations campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
∎ Achieve conversion/ROI targets
∎ Manage, track and measure-outcome of the outbound campaigns
∎ Build, train and develop a strong outbound relations team
∎ Regular auditing to ensure smooth & personalized customer experience
∎ Create regular insights from customer interactions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-8 years' Contact Center work experience (with minimum 2 years in supervisory or leadership role) with large BPO, Telecom or service companies;
∎ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bengali;
∎ Strong leadership and analytical skills;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
