Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and coordinating the Client Management team's daily operations, ensuring they work cohesively to meet their objectives.
∎ Providing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer relationship management, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
∎ Assessing team members' performance through performance reviews, goal setting, and constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for maintaining and expanding key customer relationships, including identifying new business opportunities and staying updated on industry trends.
∎ Assisting team members in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key clients, providing support in resolving complex issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Reviewing and analyzing data-driven strategies and metrics to assess the team's progress in meeting key account objectives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Assisting in addressing clients’ complaints and resolving issues that may arise, helping to maintain trust and a positive client experience.
∎ Allocating resources is also a responsibility, involving the efficient allocation of budget, time, and tasks to ensure the team meets its goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having prior experience in Business Development or Client Management will be preferred.
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must have experience in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace etc.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
