Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
∎ Setting clear, company-aligned goals and objectives for the team.
∎ Allocating resources efficiently, including assets and personnel, to support the team's success.
∎ Assessing and enhancing team performance is a core responsibility, involving feedback and performance improvement.
∎ Addressing complex issues and challenges that arise within the team, working on effective solutions.
∎ Monitoring the progress of team projects and activities, preparing reports for senior management to update them on the team's performance and achievements.
∎ Making decisions related to team operations, resource allocation, and problem resolution.

∎ Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges that could impact the team's success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having prior experience in Business Development or Client Management will be preferred.
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must have experience in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace etc.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
