Experience:

Masters

Master’s degree in Education or any relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).

Training in Early Childhood or Primary Education is a plus.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching in primary level (preferably English Version or English Medium school).

Freshers with strong teaching potential and commitment to education may also be considered.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Good classroom management and student engagement techniques.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Familiarity with Bangladesh NCTB curriculum and international teaching standards.

Lesson Delivery:

• Teach assigned subjects using structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.

• Apply differentiated teaching methods to meet varied student needs.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline through clear rules, behavior charts, and positive reinforcement.

• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Assessment & Reporting:

• Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records.

• Prepare report cards and share student progress with parents.

Student Support:

• Address individual learning needs and support students' emotional well-being.

• Promote Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in daily routines.

Technology Use:

• Effectively use smart boards and classroom tech tools.

• Prepare digital materials and support online/hybrid learning if needed.

Collaboration & Training:

• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school events.

• Work with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching quality.

• Follow school rules, child safety policies, and academic guidelines.
