∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

∎ Patience, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively.
∎ Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reports To: Coordinator/ Vice Principal

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Teacher in Bangla, English, Math, Arabic to join our team and contribute to the academic development of our students.
∎ Plan and deliver engaging lessons for the Junior Section (Grades PG to KG-II).
∎ Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young students.
∎ Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
∎ Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to engage students and encourage their personal growth.
∎ Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
∎ Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the well-being and development of students.
∎ Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on their participation and development.
∎ Actively contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture by promoting teamwork, respect, and collaboration through activities.
∎ Foster a sense of school pride, belonging, and community spirit in students.
