Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MikroTik
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical assistance for maintaining office computers, IT equipment and networking systems by performing regular checks to ensure smooth functionality and connectivity.
∎ Installing windows, hardware and software troubleshooting.
∎ Technical support to all toll plaza (as required).
∎ Install, configure and maintenance of networking devices like manageable and non-manageable switches & routers (especially CISCO devices).
∎ Hardware troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, pad, tablet, mac, iPhone , printer, scanner, and different types of IP devices.
∎ Identifying and recommending new technology solutions.
∎ Having strong critical thinking skills.
∎ Performing any other task assigned by supervisor.
∎ Having mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Having mentality to provide support any time for any office emergency.
