Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully deployment support, server configure, maintain in house servers.
∎ Support and administer third-party applications.
∎ Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
∎ Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
∎ Resolve problems reported by end user.
∎ Installing and configuring computer networks and systems.
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
∎ Load computer tapes and disks, and install software and printer paper or forms
∎ Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
∎ Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.

Additional Requirements:
∎ One to Two years of experience in a network administrator role.
∎ Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching.
∎ Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
∎ Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
∎ Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
∎ Juniper, Cisco, CWNA or BCNE training.
