Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ -Required professional certifications, CCNA or equivalent, Comp TIA Security+, CSA, MCSA, RHCSA and Preferable- eJPT, IBM Certified Analyst - Security QRadar SIEM/ NetWitness Platform Administration/ Splunk Cloud Certified Admin.
∎ -Should have experience in the field of implementing & trouble shooting solutions but not limited to e.g. IP Networks, Firewalls & VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, WebProxy, Email Security, End Point Detection & Response (EDR), Privilege Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing Tools, Security Information and Event.
∎ -Proficiency minimum in Python, C++or Power Shell is preferable.
∎ -Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001 etc.).
∎ -Should have Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
∎ -Should have strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
∎ -Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
∎ -Should poses a good command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
∎ -Should have decent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing and presenting technical proposals and demonstrations to potential customers.
∎ Design & implement security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, EDR, Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing Tools, SIEM, Network Detection & response etc.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cybersecurity solutions, working closely with the customer support and engineering teams.
∎ Work closely with customers to understand their cybersecurity requirements and help design solutions based on the organization's products and services.
∎ Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and integration of cybersecurity solutions into their existing IT infrastructure.
∎ Provide technical support to customers during and after the implementation phase.
∎ Optimize and fine-tune security configurations for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Conduct training sessions for customers on how to use and maintain the implemented cybersecurity solutions effectively.
