∎ Knowledge with land-related surveying work (deed, dhalil, purcha, BS and RS record sheet, etc.)
∎ Ability in the calculation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge with recent surveying software
∎ Valid certificates are required.
∎ Age at-least 25 years.

∎ Job Summary
∎ Primary job of this position is conducting on-site measurements using specialized equipment to determine property boundaries, measuring and mapping land to provide precise data for land development projects.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ • To conduct all types of Survey and demarcation within the Estate as and when instructed by the Management.
∎ • To prepare map and reports relating to company’s interest as and when required.
∎ • To collect information for any land survey. Land purchase, land demarcation etc.
∎ • To conduct documents vetting and verification provided by the land owners.
∎ • Conduct survey work at the site. Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries.
∎ • Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land
∎ • Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
∎ • Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
∎ • Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
∎ • Build maps, sketches, and charts.
∎ • Analysis of survey report as per job requirement to assist the engineering team.
∎ • Supervise and provide guidance to field staff.
∎ • Report on survey results and present findings to clients
