Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Strong knowledge of Mikrotik Router, Cisco Switch, OLT, ONU, etc.
Experience with routing protocols, static and Dynamic routing (BGP), Good understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and network protocols
Strong knowledge of Bandwidth management, PPPoE User, VLAN Management, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot real-time network issues.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of ensuring network security and implementing necessary firewall rules.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor network, servers, and systems 24x7 using NMS tools.
Working with multiple upstream, NTTN & Internet Exchange (IX).
Configure, manage, and maintain routers, switches, OLT, and ONU devices.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (latency, packet loss, downtime).
Handle BGP, VLAN, PPPoE, NAT, and routing configurations & Troubleshooting.
Provide technical support for NOC operations.
Work with backbone and distribution networks.
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network/system issues.
Handle system incident management, ticketing, and follow-up.
Receive and handle customer calls professionally.
Provide on-site (physical) support when required.
Coordinate with field engineers and network teams.
Maintain logs, reports, and daily status updates.
Maintain proper documentation of the ISP network.
