Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate, preferably Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Business Studies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Should have the ability to lead a Sales Team, Implement Sales Strategy & Policy; develop
∎ working and reporting plan for sales personnel; monitoring them to ensure best performance
∎ and to achieve unit basis sales target.
∎ Collect client information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with customers
∎ Manager Sales & Credit effectively and efficiently to get maximum output
∎ Generating new & potential clients & veterinarians and maintain good relationship with them by
∎ regular market visit, preparation & submission Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report &
∎ feedback on Promotion, Sales & Distribution
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Preference will be given to the experienced candidate in Sales & Marketing (Veterinary Sector)
∎ Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Computer Proficiency is must
∎ Required to travel extensively anywhere in the country
∎ Skillful in result-oriented and customer focused Activity
∎ Ability to work under stress
∎ We discourage, if you are not interested in field work
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
