Position: Supervisor

Organization: Sultan’s Dine

Job Location: Any Branch as assigned (Anywhere in BD)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Attractive Salary Package as per company policy.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow

- Manage floor staff, waiters, and part-timers during shifts

- Ensure proper customer service and handle guest complaints professionally

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline

- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for order accuracy and service timing

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance

- Prepare daily reports and assist branch management when required

Requirements:

- Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

- 1–3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure during rush hours

- Honest, responsible, and well-organized

- Basic knowledge of POS system will be an advantage

Additional Skills (Preferred):

-Candidates with restaurant backgrounds will get priority
