Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing workflow
∎ Evaluating performance and providing feedback
∎ Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees
∎ Helping the team understand performance targets and goals
∎ Scheduling work hours and shifts
∎ Meeting deadlines.
∎ Coordinating job rotation and cross-training
∎ Assisting in resolving emergencies, such as a quality or customer problem that might be escalated to the team supervisor for handling
∎ Providing reports and activity updates to management

∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Expertise in team or department

Salary:
∎ FOR DHAKA & CHITTAGONG:
BDT 30,000-35,000 ,
60% salary will be given for successful target achievement as a performance criteria. (Variable: BDT 18,000-21,000),
40% salary will be given as a fixed or granted part. (Fixed: BDT 12,000-14,000)
