∎ Knowledge in any ISO certification will be an added advantage.Quality control in the after-sales service company specially in Home appliance service.

∎ · Knowledge in Social audit, Technical audit, Environmental audit, Security & others buyers audit.· Effective communication skilled.· Strong analytical, technical and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.· Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.· Functional competencies: (technical and professional knowledge and skills for the role).· Technical Knowledge on ERP Software.· Advance skill on MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.· Focus on Business Results.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Conduct regular on-site inspections of after-sales service (home appliance products) to verify quality and compliance with regulatory and company standards.· Customer’s site, house, or office visits to ensure that service work is done according to the SOP.· Product knowledge about fridges, ACs, TVs, washing machines, ovens, and other home appliance products.· Collaborate with project teams to address quality and compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.· Verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including design drawings, material lists, and contractor submittals.· On-site verification of inventory and fixed assets.· Changes in business, process, and systems to ensure timely updating of controls, documentation, and the identification of items affecting the audit process.· Prepare audit programs based on risk assessment to alleviate potential risk.· To check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc.· To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.· Identify and report issues and risks that could impact project quality or completion timeline.· Develop and maintain comprehensive service quality and compliance reports.· Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders regarding project quality and compliance issues.· Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality check procedures.· Report on the weakness and non-compliance of the procurement systems.· Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and when required to HOD.· Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
