∎ Collect and analyze feedback to improve service quality.
∎ Maintain accurate records of food sale report to software.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
∎ Working Conditions:Duty hour: 9 (24*7) roster dutyThis position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Supervisor of Patient Service Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage services provided to patients. This role ensures that high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered promptly and in accordance with dietary requirements and hospital standards. The supervisor will manage a team, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain excellent customer service.
