∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily team meeting and instruct the team
∎ Develop the route plan and distribute the route among the field team
∎ Ensure that the field team is working accordingly
∎ Sudden visit to market to ensure merchant acquisition
∎ Achieving monthly merchant acquisition target
∎ On job training of the MAOs/MDOs
∎ Implementing strategic development and direct the team as per strategy
∎ Following up with existing merchants
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with merchants
∎ Ensuring merchant satisfaction and retention
∎ Ensuring that the team is working as per strategic & technical plan
∎ Taking lead in identifying and/or developing market/s
∎ Share any and every market development information with the line management
∎ Whenever required, recruiting new members in the team
∎ Share daily attendance of the team with line management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of proven work experience in a Supervisory or similar role for any sales driven project
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
∎ Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
∎ Effective communication skills
∎ Strong business acumen
∎ Detail-oriented
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
∎ The ability to travel as needed (preferred to have a motor bike)
∎ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
∎ BDT 20,000.00-25,000.00 (Salary may vary with respect to the applicant`s educational qualification & work experience)
